There are many ways to help. The best way to help us is spread the word to friends and family and follow us on social media. Another way you can help is by recommending NCP to your local businesses in your community.

 

Does it cost anything to join?

Nothing. It is free to join and create account.

 

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your site?


Yes, your information is safe and secure. We have partnered with Classy, one of the most trusted online fundraising platforms, to handle and collect all payments. They use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption to protect your personal information, keeping your data private and secure.

 

Are New Citizen Project’s donations tax-deductible?

YES! We are a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

 

Can I change my password?


Yes, if you go to your account, you can change your password.

 

I forgot my password. How do I log in?


Click on the “forgot password” button on the login page and follow instructions for a new password. If you continue to encounter problems, you can send us an email to admin@newcitizenproject.org and we be happy to reset your account.

 

How do I choose or change my username?


Username can be changed under the account menu.

 

I made a donation and need a tax receipt?

A tax-receipt will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days if the donation was done electronically. However, if you have mailed in your donation please allow 5-7 business days for your receipt.

 

How do I stop my recurring donation?

You can go into the payment settings in your account to stop recurring donations.
